Guidelines
- Express the high standards your company has and the quality of work you look for in an employee.
- State how this employee has met these qualifications and high standards and express your heartfelt appreciation.
- List what the company will do for the employee in return for his/her outstanding service. For example, trips, bonuses, extra leave, recognition in the company newsletter or an award at the company banquet.
- Close with another thank you for their professionalism and the example they give to the other employees.
